Guess who has a great new fall collection? Madewell, of course. The little sister of J. Crew is consistently turning out great stuff, and this fall is no exception. I’m loving the minimal prints, salmon pink and lush fabrics like suede, linen and soft knits.
Here’s what I want to wear this fall, all from Madewell:
Striped One-shoulder Dress – This dress would be perfect to combat the famed Indian summers that strike SF.
The Octavia tassel sandal – Salmon pink, block heels and tassels are my literal dream shoe.
Small zip pouch in ‘antique cream’ – I’m a sucker for eye-catching prints, especially ones with little faces.
Suede motorcycle jacket – I. Love. Moto. Jackets. By the end of 2020, I want to have one in every wearable color.
Cape scarf in ‘Windowpane’ – What’s the best thing to wear when it gets cold? Blanket scarves. Don’t be afraid to mix patterns with this plaid print!
‘Flea Market’ jeans – I’ve had light wash flare jeans on my wish list for a while. These little pockets (more flattering for the back, if you know what I mean), look super cute.
Inez ankle strap sandal – Low heels are perfect for transitioning from work to evening activities. Pair it with an ankle strap and I’m sold.
Striped lace-up sweater – Everyone around the U.S. is bundling up, while all of us in San Francisco have been ready for months. This lace-up sweater will let me show off my stone & very-cold bravery.
Modern linen top – With a little extra pizza incorporated into my diet, I’m crushing on tees that give me a little more room. A flared hem? I’m sold.
JM Drygoods embroidered shorts – Alright, I’m still banking on those few, short weeks of Indian summer with these shorts.
